🌊 Hi! I am Brie, I started the Troubleshooting Party 🎊 and you are welcome here.
✨ The Origins
The origin of the TROUBLESHOOTING PARTY 🎊 can be traced to Brie’s autumn 2022 Troubleshooting like Batman talk at ElevateCX in Denver. The written version of the talk appeared as General Purpose Troubleshooting Principles in March 2023. In short: there are general purpose troubleshooting principles that can be applied to all kinds of technical problems. They aren’t magical but they can very useful tools for anyone in a technical support-like role. If your job description includes “troubleshooting”, this site was made with you in mind.
🚀 Beyond
I’ve delivered my talk a few times and written occasionally about troubleshooting-related topics across the Web. I’m keeping this site updated as the hub of all things TROUBLESHOOTING PARTY. I post most frequently on the social.lol Mastodon instance.
🦄 whoami
I enjoy all things troubleshooting. When I’m not thinking about troubleshooting, I enjoy curating a rotating set of hobbies. I combine my passion for photography and gardening at sunflower.gallery.
I combined my love of cats and troubleshooting Web-related things into a project I call the HTTP Response Status Cats.
I’d recommend the About page at brie.dev/about if you want to know even more about me!
